TAYLOR GRUENLOH has an MFA in Playwriting from Hollins University in Virginia and a BA in English from Webster University in St. Louis. He is currently the artistic director at Tesseract Theatre Company. He’s won regionally for the LEAGUE OF INNOVATIONS literary competition for my one-act play ‘Loves’ Fine Wit.’ which was produced at the Terry M. Fischer theatre in St. Louis and the Higher Education Theatre Counsel’s one-act play festival in 2009. He was Involved with Mill Mountain Theatre’s OVERNIGHT SENSATIONS festival in Roanoke, Virginia, where his ten minute play ‘Ain’t Nobody’s Bargain’ was produced. My play ‘My Alexandria’ was produced for St Lou Fringe, St. Louis’ fringe festival, in June 2012 New Orleans’ NO FRINGE in November of 2012, and the Asheville Fringe Arts Festival in North Carolina in January 2015. His one-act play ‘Control’ was produced at First Run Theatre’s Spectrum Series October 2012. My full length ‘A Path Far From Here’ was read in June 2012 a tthe Playwright’s Festival in Roanoke, VA and was produced in St. Louis at The Tesseract Theatre Company in March 2014. A new play, ‘An Initial Condition’ just finished productions in Roanoke, Virginia, St. Louis, Missouri, and New York City.
